Countersuit Against Resurgence Capital, LLC (bill collection agency): Case File #EC058832 for Criminal RICO

What follows below is the initial/main case file (minus the Exhibits) for the Criminal RICO countersuit against the bill collecting agency RESURGENCE CAPITAL, LLC; STEPHEN LUBELFELD, CFO, et al. Resurgence, and others, are serving so-called "Defendants" with Summonses, suing the "Defendant(s)" for so-called "debts" which are not legally proven to exist. Subsequently, it has been revealed through research that Resurgence has been funded by an external capital investment firm called "Javlin Capital, LLC." In concert, too, with an external consulting agency, "Greenberg Advisors, LLC," this collusion forms the main RICO triangle.
